You can find the syllabus of Economics and Management here ( upsc civil services 2012.pmd.pdf ).

But, this is syllabus for 2012 exam and not for 2013. The notification for 2013 is still not out and there are chances that this time the mains pattern may change. The things will be cleared only after the notification is released.
