Civil services mains exam;08/11/2013
Duration of exam;21 days
Education qualification;-
--you must be passed a bachelor degree from a recognized university
Age limits;-
----Your age should be between 21-30 years.
Age relaxation;-
General-0 years, OBC-3 years, sc/st- 5 years.
Number of attempts;-
Genera;-4 times, obc-7 times
There is no limit for SC/ST candidates.

first of all i want to clear you that for the post of IAS you have to clear UPSC Civil Services Exam. It constitute three levels of exam. you have to clear all the three levels of the exam.
- Civil Services Prelims exam
- Mains exam
- Interview
coming on your question this year last date of receipt of application is already gone. and the next exam is conducted in 2014

as you said you have completed your graduation so you satisfy the required educational qualification for the exam. with this you have to satisfy the age limits that is listed below:
General category: 21 years to 30 years
OBC category: 21 years to 33 years
SC/ST category: 21 years to 35 years

the date of the IAS PRE exam is 26th may 2013, Sunday. This is the date which is been decided by the upsc for the conduct of the prelimns IAS exam
the dates of the mians will be declared alter on, at the time of the result of the prelimns.
