UPSC Conducts various exams at the Undergraduates level like NDA & SCRA
and at the Graduates level like Civil services exams,CDS,Engineering Service
exams,IFS,IES,CPF,etc.
Notifications for exams are advertised in the Employment News,
some leading newspaper daily and its website www.upsc.gov.in.
One can apply online after the notifications are advertised for a particular exam.

Generally UPSC Civil Services Exam notification are advertised in/after November/Dec
of the previous year of exam and Prelim exams are conducted in the month of May.
This year CS exam notification was advertised on 11.02.2012 and exams were conducted on 20th May 2012.
You should fill the form for UPSC CS exams after you are fully prepared for it as no. of attempts are limited.

every year the advertisement for civil services examination is released in the month of January and the examination is expectantly held in the month of last week of April or in the month of may.
this year the csat 2012 exam was successfully held in the 20 may 2012.
but before you apply you should check the eligibility criteria and age criteria.
required educational qualification:- graduation from ugc recognized university.
nationality:- Indian.
age :
for general:- 21-30 years.
for obc :-21-33 years.
for sc/st :-21-35 years.
if your age is according to your category as mentioned above and you are an indian graduate than you should apply for the same with full preparation.

You can apply for the UPSC exams after your graduation.
The basic Eligibilities reqired for the UPSC exams are;
1.Candidate must be Graduate.
2.At least 60% marks should be of candidate in graduation.
3.Candidate must be citizen of India
4.Candidate's age must lies in between 21-30 years.
if you have all these eligibilities then you can apply for the UPSC exams.
