Not at all difficult for non-maths students in 12 th class.
Brcause IAS examination syllabus mostly deals with ARTS subjects and other subjcets.

Do, you know Mathematics students has only little bit difficult to get success because the syllabus covers moslty with Non Mathematics subjects only.

But also you can choose optional subject in your interseted subjects.

    Good Luck

    Hi Friend,

Cracking IAS Exam is not a very tough Task.

    >> Mathematics is asked in only prelims Exam, but further not asked in mains exams.

    >> In Interview there can be one or Two questions of Mathematics but not fixed, they might not ask question related to maths.

    >> So you do not have to worry about the Mathematics.

    >> You can also solve some basic sums in Prelims Exam.

    >> You can do some practice of Mathematics for Prelims.

    I hope you will understand.

Friend, it is not true that only those candidates have possibility of success more who have Mathematics in 10+2 level. Candidate without having mathematics in the intermediate can also crack the IAS Examination. For getting success in the IAS Examination, it is required that candidate should have sound knowledge of mathematics upto 10th standard. It does not matter whether you have taken mathematics in 10+2 level or not.

No one can crack the exam as there are many medical graduates who crack the exam and if you really work hard for the exams you can do it.

Not at all.Maths is only in prelims and that also basic matric level questions in profit loss, percentage, speed and time, work and time etc.You do not need maths of 12th level to solve such questions. You can check the prelims question papers of every year in the website of UPSC to know about your chances better.
In the mains exam, there is no scope of Maths if your main paper is not Maths. You must know that most of the candidates getting the highest ranks are mainly from Arts stream who does not have maths in 12th level. So there is nothing as such to worry about maths for Civil services. All the best

No dear this is not so difficult to crack this examination and if you do not have mathematics at 12th level then there is no problem because there is no separate paper will be for mathematics section but something aptitude questions will be asked in civil service aptitude test paper that will be conducted in preliminary examination and will be second paper of prelims and first will be general studies but you should not worry because if you know some ideas and having good command over mathematics then you my prepare well by giving more time for mathematics section and you must use some different books to prepare for this section because mathematics requires practice and practice will make your perfect for this examination so you must try to work more over mathematics and use RS Agrawal and other good books to prepare for Quantitive Aptitude section but do not afraid about it because if you are confident about your preparation then you may qualify

Re: Will it be difficult to crack IAS exam without having mathematics in 12th exam?

Simply no expensive that isn't so difficult to crack this kind of evaluation in case you don't need maths during twelfth level then there is not a problem because there is virtually no split newspaper are going to be with regard to maths segment however some thing aptitude queries will certainly get asked in civil service aptitude test newspaper which will be executed in original evaluation and you will be 2nd newspaper involving prelims as well as 1st are going to be general scientific studies however you can't fear since once you learn some ideas and receiving excellent control more than maths then you certainly my own put together very well giving added time with regard to maths segment so you should apply certain unique guides to organize with regard to it since maths needs training and practice will make your great for this kind of evaluation this means you should attempt to work much more more than maths and use RS Agrawal and other excellent guides to organize with regard to Quantitive Characteristics segment in addition to reluctant over it since for anyone who is self-confident of your groundwork you may then qualify

Never during all.Maths is only in prelims as well as that also fundamental matric level queries in profit burning, percent, speed as well as occasion, perform as well as occasion etc.You don't need maths involving twelfth level to fix this kind of questions. You could check out the prelims dilemma paperwork of any year within the web page involving UPSC to understand your probabilities better.
From the mains quiz, there's no scope involving Maths in the event that most of your newspaper seriously isn't Maths. You should realize that many of the job hopefuls acquiring the very best ranks are generally from Disciplines mode who doesn't have maths in twelfth level. So there's nothing consequently to think about maths with regard to Civil services.

Good friend, it's not necessarily genuine that only those job hopefuls have prospects for good results much more with Arithmetic in 10+2 level. Selection without having maths within the advanced beginner might also bust a IAS Examination. To get good results within the IAS Assessment, it is actually needed that customer really should have appear understanding of maths up to 10th standard. It is not important whether you'll have taken maths in 10+2 level or perhaps not.
