No,my friend,there is no age relaxation especially given to PSU employees in UPSC.
But yes,if you belong to SC/ST or OBC category,then you'll surely get some relaxation in age.
The relaxation is of 5 years.

Eligibility Criteria for UPSC Civil Services Examination 2013 :

Candidate should posses a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university

Age should not be less than 21 years and more than 30 years and relaxation in upper age would be provided as per government guidelines which is 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PWD and 5 years for Ex-Servicemen candidates

If you are under the PSU employees then you will get 5 years upper age relaxation in your civil service exam

If you seriously wants to crack the civil service exams and want's be an IAS or IFS or IRS etc. post officer then you will have to prepare hard for this exam and if you are going to any coaching institute and giving at least 6 hours for your study after coaching then you may definitely crack this exam because the preparation and practice will make you complete for this exam and don't take ti easily because UPSC civil service exam is considered as the toughest exam in India and there are so many students who crack the preliminary exam easily but can not crack the mains exam and so many of them crack both of the preliminary exam and mains but can not qualify the interview process so that dear you will have to prepare hard for everything if you want to become officer under the civil services.

Well dear no there is no any relaxation is given to the psu employees in upsc exams.In some exams upsc does not give any relaxation like nda cds.
Upsc provides age relaxation in some exams like civil services ies exam.upsc gives 3 years age relaxation to obc and 5 years to sc candidate.
