sorry to say that UPSC does not provide any age relaxation for PSU employees.
age limit for PSU employees is same as for other candidates.

UPSC conduct various exams for various posts like Civil Services, IES, CDS, CPF, NDA, SCRA etc.


Eligibility Criteria For Civil Services Exam:

1. you must have bachelor's degree in any stream.

2. age limit:

• general: 21 years to 30 years
• OBC: 21 years to 33 years
• SC/St: 21 years to 35 years

The age relaxation only for the ex-service and the reserve category, there is no age relaxation for the PSU employees. The term and conditions is same like as other category,


The age limit for the unreserved category is the 21 to 30 years with four attempt of the exam.


Age relaxation for obc category with 7 attempts of the exam.


Age relaxation for sc/st category with no limit attempt of the exam.


Qualification is required graduation in any stream from the approved university.


The preliminary exam held in the month of the May and the mains exam held in the month of the October.

PSU stands for the Public sector Undertaking

The age limitations for the following exams with relaxation are :

Civil service and IES and IFS



Combined defence services:

>>There is no age relaxation minimum age is 19 years and maximum age is 25 years

Central police force exam:

>>20-25 years for general category

>>Relaxation to obc and sc/st and ex-servicemen.
