Yes , surely the rules framed by the UPSc government are strictly followed followed .
And if it mentions that your age at the time of 1st August should have been 21 years old
than it should happen in order for you to become an Eligible candidate for the UPSC Examination .
Since you will 21 years old on 2nd August so you will be non - eligible to apply for the UPSC Examination that you
are interested to apply for .

For the examinations conducted by UPSC minimum or starting age required is 21 years old as on the date of notification.I think your age 1 day less than the particular limit of age so,no need to get worry you are eligible to apply as per age limits..Better to write UPSC exams next year to safe zone and preparing of exams....So,you have a lot of time to prepare ...Prepare well......
1st August means 1st August.
- The rule is rule.
- So you will not be considered eligible if your birth date is 2nd August.
- So friend try for next exam.
Dear questioner..need lees to say your question has the importance as per you,you are the newer student according to your question you will complete 21 years on 1st august and according to your date of birth you will complete 21 years on 2nd august.so you are not eligible try to compete upsc session next time.rules and upsc will never never consider your case.ok

Sorry Friend You Are Not Eligible For UPSC. Reason : Your Age Because That Want The Age 21 In 1 August And Your Age 21 In 2 August So You Are Not Eligible For UPSC In This Year.

There are many of the exams conducted by UPSc every year.
Age limit:
Not less than 21 year & not more than 30 year on 1st August in the year of conduct the examination.
Upper age limit relaxed for SC/ST/OBC & some other special category.
According to the rule of the examination you can not appear the UPSC exams.

What to do you mean by consider,there is nothing called consideration as you are not of 21 years in the exam year as on 1st August,then you can not apply.
The consideration does not exists in reality.
You will not be allowed for the exam,try in the next year.
