yes, you can crack UPSC exams and it does not matter that you are from Commerce student or Science student. Keep faith in your self and start preparing for UPSC exams.

Nationality:-The Aspirants should be citizen of India or a subject of Bhutan or a subject of Nepal

Yes, if you simple 12th pass with commerce side you can crack only two exam like SCRA or NDA exam through UPSC. And if you graduate with commerce side then you can attempt IPS, IAS, IFS, CDS exam.

The exam notification is declared by upsc in the month of the March-2013.
