If CS is a graduation course then you can surely can apply. Most of people do CS after graduation only, so for them its open gate.

Eligibility criteria:

- Indian Citizenship
- Graduation from Govt. recognized university of India.
- Age need 21 to 30 year for open category.
- OBC and SC/ST people have 3 and 5 years relaxation respectively.

The essential qualification for Civil Services is to pass the Bachelor degree in any discipline at any recognized university. So as a company secretary candidate, you can surely apply. But you should keep attention on the age limits. The age limit for the examination is within 21-30 years. The upper age limit for OBC is 03 years and for SC/ST, it is 05 years.
