No, You can not Become IFS Officer.

For IFS Officer following Qualification is Required.

>> Bachelor�s degree with at least one of the subject:
Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology,
Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology

>> Or Bachelor�s degree in Agriculture or Forestry or Engineering of a recognized University

There three steps in UPSC Exam. Prelims, Mains and Interview.
