Yes,you may be eligible for the UPSC CSAT exam but it depends upon to which category you belong.
IF you belong to general category then you are not eligible for this exam because age limitations is 21-30 years.
If you belong belong to either OBC or SC/ST then only you will be eligible for this exam because the age limitations for obc is 21-33 years and for sc/st is 21-35 years.

Minimum eligibity for UPSC CSAT
Educational Qualification- graduation in any discipline from a UGC recognised University.
Age Limits-In General Category Age should be between 21-30yrs and relaxation of age by
3yrs for OBC candidates and by 5yrs for SC/ST candidates.
So,if you belong to the general category you cannot apply for CSAT but if you belong to the
reserved categoryi.e.OBC /SC/ST, you can go ahead and apply for CSAT.
Age Criteria for the UPSC Civil Service Exam is below :
21-30 for general cast candidates
21-33 for obc cast candidates
21-35 for sc/st cast candidates
21-40 for physically handicapped.
As your age is currently 32 years , if you belong to general cast then you are not eligible for the exam now because your age is above the maximum age limit for the general cast .
But if you are in not general cast then you have still chances for giving the exam .
If you are in OBC cast then you have only one attempt left after that you will not eligible .

Because Age Limit to apply in General (UR) Category is 21 to 30 Years.
If you are applying under Reserved Category than you can apply for UPSC exam.
Reserved category students will get age relaxation benefit as per the Guidelines of UPSC.

Sir , it depends in which category you belong to , because different category have different age limit for the UPSC exam.
Age limit for different category are below :
For general cast : 21-30 years
For obc cast : 21-33 years.
For sc/st cast : 21-35 years .
For ex-serviceman : 21-35 years .
For physically handicapped : 21-40 years .
=> As your age is 32 years now but you didn't mention the cast in which you belong to .
=> If you belong to general category then you are not eligible for the exam as per above criteria .
=> If you belong to OBC category then you have one chance left for you to give the exam after that you are not eligible for the exam .
=> If you belong to SC/ST category then you are eligible for the exam .
