Friend first of all you complete your Graduate degree without backlog. After that short eye sight problem will not
resrtrict your eligibility for IPS exam. IPS(Indian Police Service)entrance examination is conducted by USC every year.To clear IPS exam you are to pass prlim(CSAT),next main exam. then interview including physical/medical/mental ablity tests.

    IPS ELIGIBILITY:-

1.Any Graduate or a final year candidate from the recognized University can write IPS exam.

    2.AGE:General: 21-30 years, relaxations for OBC: 3 years, S/C S/T: 5 years, PWD: 10 years.

    3.Nationality: Indian.

    4.Attempts: General: 4 attempts, OBC: 7 attempts. S/C S/T: No limit.

Short eye sight will not create problem it is quite natural after 40 years more then 90% employee require

short sight spectacle so you must not worry about short sight eye problem.

    Thank You,
