    Will pattern changes in UPSC CSE (Civil Services Exam) benefit arts students than science students as there is only one general science subject?

    Don't u think the arts students are to be benefited because the examination involves only one general science and o
    ther involve more arts based questions.....

    As for your knowledge,General science is the core subject of IAS GS paper 1...
    and about those changes you are talking does not bring any science sunject,these change are just made by making English subject compulsory....
    And made all of candidates to Give and clear CSAT paper compulsive...

    NO,
    there is no such changes made in exam but the only change is to make English subject as a compulsory one.
    so that all candidates give exam and clear CSAT paper

    As there is no special changes made but including the English subject as the compulsory subject..
    As some what benefit you will get in any civil exam as being the art student.
