You are NOT ELIGIBLE for UPSC civil service exam though you completed CA.
The criteria for appearing in UPSC Exam is :
1. Nationality : Indian
2. Academic qualification : GRADUATE in any stream from any recognized university.
3. Age limits : 21-30 (OPEN), 21-33 (OBC), 21-35(sc/st).
4. Attempts : OPEN-4 , OBC-7 ,SC/ST-9 .
Hai,Am sorry to say you that a chartered accountant is not eligible for writting civil service examination..For need to have a graduation degree from the prescribed university of the board of education..Thank you..
