diploma holder candidate are not eligible for upsc examination

because the minimum qualification required for the exam is graduation.

sorry to say at present you are not eligible for the civil service exam. civil service exam is required only passed graduate candidate in any stream from the recognized university which is approved by the ugc/aicet.

age limit is 21 to 30 years.

so first complete your degree. then you are eligible for the exam.

Even after diploma you can complete your graduation.
After graduation you are eligible for Civil Services.

being a diploma student you can apply for only SCRA and NDA Exams.
but i recommend you to complete your graduation then apply for UPSC exams.
after graduation you can apply for IAS, IPS, CDS, IFS, IES etc.

Diploma is equivalent to 10+2,and the minimum essential educational qualification for THE CIVIL SERVICES EXAMS is Graduation.

friend diploma is similar to 12th or inter...when comes for civil service exam,you need to be a graduate from any recognized university

so friend concentrate on study and complete your degree

one more thing top institute doesn't make any differences..if you have studied from govt or private college you will get the same knowledge.it only depends on the candidate who is going to learn...

First i inform you that diploma degree is not equivalent to the graduation degree. So you are not eligible for the UPSC examination. To appear in the UPSC examination the minimum educational qualification is graduation on any discipline.

Eligibility Criteria for the UPSC Examination :-
->Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognize university.
->The age must be between 21 to 30 years at the time of examination.


Reservation in the upper age and seat is also applicable as per government rule for the reserve category candidates.

So, i advise you to first to do graduation then think about the UPSC examination. Wish you will get a brightness future.

A diploma certificate, even from a top Institute does not make you eligible to write the Civil Services Exam.
The minimum Academic Eligibility criteria for the Civil Services Exam is a degree from a recognized University, and Diploma is considered equivalent of 10+2 qualification.

So at present you are not eligible for the Civil Services Exam.
But you can appear in the Exam after you have completed your graduation from a recognized college.

Eligibility criteria for the Civil Services Exam is:
#Nationality: Indian
#Minimum Academic Qualification: A degree from a recognized University.
#Age limit: 21-30 years.

As for the upsc exam you need to be pass in graduation

But you have a diploma and the diploma is not equivalent to graduation

And you are not eligible to write the upsc civil services exam

sorry to say dear diploma holders are not at all eligible to apply for the upsc exams.

to apply for the upsc exam you need to have at least graduation or engineering degree from a recognized university under UGC .

so to apply for the upsc civil services exam you have complete your graduation first. and be aware that the age limit to apply for the upsc civil services examination is 21-30 year if you are general category aspirant.

OBC and SC/ST category gets an age relaxation of 3 years and 5 years respectively. you can apply for the exam in the final year of your graduation.

no dear you cannot apply for civil services by doing diploma only. the minimum qualification required in cse is a graduation in any field from an ugc recognised university.
