you are eligible because all the final year students are eligible for the same .
the minimum qualification required for the civil services examination is graduation
from a govt. recognized university.
but final year students are also eligible.
the paper and its pattern is same for all the candidates and for you also.
but being a graduate is not sufficient for the same.
because there is an age criteria also .
you have to fulfill the age criteria also to become eligible for the same.

for general candidates:- .21-30 years.
for obc candidates:- 21- 33 years.
for sc/st candidates:- 21-35 years.
no of attempts:-
for general:- 4 attempts.
for obc:- 7 attempts.

candidate are graduate in any stream from the recognized university which is approve by the ugc/aicet.
the percentage of the marks is no matter for the exam.

The age limit is for general category is 21 to 30 years. And attempt the exam 4 times.
The age limit is for obc category is 21 to 33 years (3 years relaxation). Attempt the exam 7 times.
Age limit for SC/ST category is 21 to 35 years and attempt chance till overage. Means no limit

The qualification for UPSC/PSC examination is to pass or appear the Bachelors degree at any recognized university in any discipline. But the appearing student should show their passed certificate at the time of final interview. So if you appeared for the examination, please confirm that the result should be published before the Personal Interview. The another thing is that there is a limited attempts within the age limits. The age limit is 21-30years and the upper age limit is 03years for OBC candidates and 05years for SC/ST candidates. There is 04 attempts for GeneraL candidates and 07 attempts for OBC candidates and unlimited attempts for SC/ST candidates. Thanks....

Yes, Final year graduates are also eligible to apply for UPSC exams.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. You need to complete or appearing in final year of graduation in any field from recognized college or university with any percentage.
2. Your age must be within 21 years to 30 years. There is relaxation of 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST aspirants in upper age limit.
Limit Number Of Attempts:
General : 4 attempts
OBC: 7 attempts
SC/ST: No Limit

well mine friend, you see that everybody who is either has completed graduation or is in final year is eligible for ,most of the examinations conducted by UPSC and state level PSC, so yes you are eligible but it depends upon what examination you are appearing for .
Eligiblity criteria for UPSC and PSC examinations mostly is :
>> Your age must lie in range of 21 to 30 for most of the examinations of UPSC
>> You must be Graduate from any recognised university or be in final year
>> Number of attempts vary from exam to exam.
>> you must be Indian Citizen for that .
