If your university in which you are doing the graduation in recognized by UGC(University Grant Commission) then you are eligible for the UPSC exams.
Because for UPSC exams the eligibility os that an candidate must have bachelor degree from a recognized university of India and his age limit must be 21-30 years.
So if your university is UGC approved only then you can apply for UPSC exams otherwise you will not be applicable.
