There is no relaxation for the divorced ladies or the UPSC does not provide any relaxation for women in any category whether they are married,unmarried or divorce.
The relaxation of age is provided only to the backward classes like the SC/ST,OBC etc.
The age relaxation for different categories are folows
1)21 to 30 years for the General Category.
2)21 to 33 years for the OBC?(Other Backward Classes).
3)21 to 35 years for the SC/ST,ex-service government employee.
4)21 to 40 years for the physically challenged candidate.

There is age relaxation for reserved category students.

----general age limit is 21-30 years.

----21-33 years for obc category.

21-35 years for for sc/st category.

I am really sorry to say that there is no age relaxation for the divorce ladies in UPSC.

Age relaxation is provided to the candidates who belongs to the reserved categories like OBC,SC,ST,PH etc.

Eligibility for UPSC Indian Engineering Service Examination

A bachelor's degree in Engineering in any one of the following disciplines from a recognized university

Civil Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
Mechanical Engineering

Age should not be less than 21 years and more than 30 years and relaxation in upper age as per government guidelines which is

5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PWD and 5 years for Ex-Servicemen Category candidates and relaxation for widow,divorced and separated female candidates as per government guidelines which is about 9 years

Dear if you belongs to General Category then you will not get the relaxation in upper age but if you comes under any one of the above mentioned conditions then you may easily get relaxation in upper age and you should apply for this examination between these following dates

Start date for online application - 16-03-2013

Last date for online application - 15-04-2013

Date for UPSC IES Examination - 28-06-2013

Dear if you really wants to appear for this exam then you must enter for this exam with complete preparation and to prepare for this exam if possible then you must join any good coaching institute which provides the better result for this examination and start study and give at least 10 hours everyday for the preparation of this examination

There is no special age relaxation will be applicable for Diverse ladies.
You can apply under General category and you will have limit of attempts also in general category only.

Age limits for engineering services examination for General category are:
21 years to 30 years only.
Number of attempts also only 04 attempts.

You can get the age relaxation in engineering service on the basis of reservation which are as follows:

OBC + 3 years

Generally there is no specific AGE RELAXATION FOR THE DIVORCED LADIES

And there will be an Age relaxation for the reserved candidates ... physically handicapped one's only


OC -- No age relaxation

Divorced candidates --- No age relaxation

OBC -- 3 years relax

SC / ST -- 5 years relax

Physically handicapped -- 10 years relax ...
