There is no separate exam for both. Both the services come under civil services exam.
Examination pattern:
1) Preliminary exam:
Multiple Choice questions. 2 papers
a)general studies:
syllabus: History, Geography, Indian Polity, General science, Economic & Social development, current events of national and international importance
b) CSAT:
Quantitative aptitude, REasoning & logical skills, English Comprehension, Decision making & problem solving etc
2)Mains
9 subjective type papers. Candidates have to write 4 optional papers. Rest are compulsory for all( 2 general studies papers, 1 essay paper, 1 elglish language paper, 1 indian language paper)
3) Personality test:
Based on overall marks secured, rank list is published and different services are alloted.

Friend you didn�t mention the full sense of IAAS.
I have searched about this exam as you mentioned, but I don�t found any information that it is an exam.
At internet I found its full name is Infrastructure as a Service.
So friend mention the detail of IAAS and who conducts the IAAS exam.
Sorry but I am unable to describe the syllabus and exam pattern of IAAS exam here.
