Yes. You are eligible to take some of the UPSC Exams after completion of your Graduation.
In order to take many of the UPSC Exams, the candidates should not require any percentage of marks in Graduation course.
Just a pass in Graduation course is enough for the candidates to be eligible for UPSC Exam.

- UPSC conducts exam for various post available under the Central government. The various exam conducted are for IAS, IPS, IES , railway etc.
- For all the service exam the eligibility required is bachelor degree. For IES you require bachelor degree in engineering, Aspirant can also apply in the final year of the degree course provided you have satisfied required age.
- The minimum age required for applying for the exam is 21. The aspirant can apply till you complete 30 years of age. Relaxation is provided for lower category people.
- You can apply for the UPSC exam in your final year provided you have completed 21 or else you can apply next year only.
- Being government job the competition is high and you need to put good effort to do well in exam. Exam is conducted in different papers. The selection process includes different stages written exam followed by personnel interview.

The number of attempts allow for general cast is 4 , 7 for obc and no limit for the sc/st .

You should write the UPSC Exams only when you are prepared for them as they allow only 4 attempts for the general category.
