Why UPSC haven't kept 1994 in the date of birth column? Why offline forms are unavailable of UPSC exam?

can anyone tell me , why upsc have 'nt given any option of year 1994 in D.O.B column. Moreover there are not any offline forms available.

upsc has not kept 1994 yet in birth year category because it till yet not satisfies the minimum age criteria required for attempting the exams.its purely online procedure to apply because of its importance and to avoid any sort of delay in the process.

It is nice that you want to join UPSC civil service exam.

To be eligible,you must be passed a bachelor degree from a recognized university.There is no percentage requirement.

Minimum age is 21 years.

Maximum age is 30 years.

General -0 years

OBC-3 years

SC/ST-5 Years

PH candidates-10 years

Offline mode takes more time, more money as well as more other activity.
