greetings,yes you are eligible to appear for civil services examination(IAS,IPS,IFS,IRS,...etc).you should hold a degree and should be more than 21 years but less than 30 years(general category) of age to appear.for more information about the particulars check the notification in the employment news(11-17th february).all the best
yes you are eligible. The minimum educational qualification is a bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
also age criterion is there. for general 21-30 years as on august month of the year in which you are going to apply.
