To become an IPS Officer you have to clear the prestigious UPSC Civil Services exams.
You cannot appear for Civil Services exam after 12th Class/Boards.

IPS stands for the Indian Police services.
the minimum educational qualification required for IPS exam is graduation in any stream from a recognised university.
The age limitations for the UPSC exams are as follows:

The examinations are NDA and SCRA :
NDA stands for National defence academy
>It is conducted twice every year.

No sir, after complete the +2 you are not eligible for the exam, you can not give the civil service exam.
Because the civil service requirement the candidate must have graduate in any stream from the recognized university.
Candidate must have completed the age 21 years.
Age limit is the 21 to 30 years.
So according to your qualification higher secondary you are not eligible for the exam.
So firstly you complete the graduation in any stream then you are eligible for the exam.
The percentage of the marks is no matter for the exam.
So you start your graduation as well as the preparation of the exam.
