- Low grade/ marks candidate can also apply for UPSC exam.

- For Civil service exam all graduate pass candidates from Supplimentry exam pass to toppers all are equally eligible for applying for civil services exams.

- So you should not hesitate and apply freely.

Yes Definitely : All of those students who have scored very less percentage marks in their academics may also apply for UPSC exams : - CDS, NDA, SCRA, Police Force, IAS, IPS, IFS, IES, CMS etc.

If you have scored very less marks in your academic classes then you don't need to worry about that because UPSC Board makes you eligible for all those exams for which you are having enough educational qualification and other eligibilities means if you want to apply for NDA exam then you don't need to have high percentage marks in your 12th exams because if you have passed in 12th exams with 35% also then you are eligible to apply for NDA exam and same criteria follows for all exams which required graduation in eligibility.

age should be 21 to 30 years.

age relaxation for obc 3 years, for sc/st 5 years.

I.e age between 18-27 are mostly suitable............

And you have one chance i.e you may apply for nda if you have completed +2 studies...........

Yes low grade candidates can apply for the UPSC exams because UPSC never consider grades in their exams. Because UPSC conduct exams on national basis for all posts and you have crack that exam and after that you need to face interview. UPSC conducts a lot of exam for undergraduates and graduates.
