dear friend,
As you said that you have completed degree then you can apply for various UPSC exams i.e. Civil Services, IFS, CDS, CPF. and your age must be within 21 years to 30 years. and there is relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category candidates: 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST.

With a bachelor's degree in any discipline. you can apply for the for the following exams conducted by UPSC
1) Civil services examination
2) Assistant commandant post in CEntral police forces
3) Combined defense services exam ( for OTA and IMA )
you can also give
1) state public services exam conducted by state public service commission
2) SSC exams
3) Intelligent Bureau exam
4)Bank exams
5) If you are an Engineering student, you can give GATE exam for entry into PSUs

It is nice that you have completed graduation from a recognized university exam.

Age limit is 21 to 30 years.
