According to UPSC guidelines if your category is listed in Central Government's list of OBC category then you can get all the benefits of OBC category candidate.

Note that here i am asking central list of OBC category candidates not the state list of OBC category. If you are listed in state list but not in the central list you can't take the advantage of OBC category candidates.

you have not mentioned your state so its hard to say that your category 'Lad Wani' is included in Central list of OBC.

Dear Aspirant,

UPSC don't decide as to which category will come under OBC Category.
It is the Government of India who decided about inclusion of particular in community in to particular category.
You need to discus this issue with your Panchayat or Zilla parishad in this matter.
you need to find out the details of your community and have to take consideration of Legal Advise also.
You should have all your important documents like Ration Card, ID proof etc etc which will require to evaluate yourself in to OBC Category.

Lad Wani is included in OBC category of Maharashtra.

But if this category is registered with central govt also then only you can avail the facilities of it.

UPSC considers the reservations under central govt & not by the state govt.

Check the central list of OBC category.

If your caste is included then you can apply as OBC
