You should have a bachelor degree in engineering from a recognized university and your age should not be less than 21 years and more than 30 years and relaxation in age as per government guidelines which is 5 years for SC/STs and 3 years for OBC category candidates

There would be three steps in the exam of Indian Engineering Services which are preliminary exam then mains exam then you have to qualify the interview process and if you qualify all three steps then you would become an central government engineers so that you should prepare hard for this exam.
