THE PROCEDURES(eligibility)to join in IPS services:-

1.To join in IPS first of all you must be the CITIZEN OF INDIA.

2.Your Educational Qualification must be a Graduate from the recognized University/Institution in any stream.

3.A final year degree candidate can also apply.

4.AGE should be :General: 21-30 years,relaxations for OBC: 3 years, S/C S/T: 5 years, PWD: 10 years.

5.Attempts:General: 4 attempts, OBC: 7 attempts. PWD: No limit.

6.IPS(Indian Police Services)entrance examination is conducted by UPSC every year.This is one of the part of

Indian Civil Services.
