A candidate who are graduate and his as between 21-30 year can apply for this exam.
CSE Preliminary exam:
Date of Notification is 02/02/2013
Last date is 04/03/2013
Examination date is 19/05/2013
CSE Main Exam
Examination date 08/11/2013

CSE Stands for Civil Service Examination and this examination is conducted by Once in a year by UPSC . This year CSE exam announcement was already released . 2013 exam announcement will be available in the month of February or March in the official website and the exam will be conducted in the month of May or June .
Civil Service Examination is divided into three stages ::
-->> CSAT (Prelims )
-->> Main Examination
-->> Personal Interview
CSE Exam eligibility ::
Applicant must have a possess the degree course in any discipline or equivalent qualification from a recognized University and there is no percentage bar required for this examination . Applicant who are studying in the final year of degree course may also eligible to apply for the Civil Service Examination .
Applicant must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years at the time of appearing for this examination and Upper age limits is applicable for this examination . 5 years belongs to the Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribes , 3 years belongs to the Other Backward Caste .
