i am really sorry to inform you that there is no DIPLOMA based examination conducted by upsc .
so you can not appear for any of the upsc examination with diploma as your educational qualifications .

for now if you have completed your 12th from
a recognized board with PHYSICS MATHEMATICS AND ENGLISH as subjects and
your age is between 16.5-19 years then you can apply for the
upsc National Defense Academy and Naval Academy Examination (NDA/NA).
for this examination girls are not eligible to apply.

or if you have completed your 12th from
a recognized board with PHYSICS MATHEMATICS CHEMISTRY as subjects and
your age is between 17-21 years
then you can apply for the upsc Special Class Railway Apprentice Examination.

if it is not so then you have to complete graduation or engineering
from recognized university in any subjects or stream
to become eligible to apply for the other upsc graduation based examination like CDS,civil services examination.
for the graduation based examination the OBC aspirants gets an age relaxation of 3 years while
the SC/ST category aspirants get an age relaxation of 5 year.
for these examination you can even apply while pursuing the final year of your graduation course.
