The essential qualification for the CSAT, CDS, CPF(AC) & IES(Indian Engineering Service) is to pass the Bachelors degree at any recognized university in any discipline. So as a diploma holders, you will not be eligible for the examination. For appearing the above said examination, you have to complete the B.tech examination successfully at any recognized University. You can appear for the IES(Indian Engineering Service), if you will be passed in only three trade, i.e, M for oechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering and Electrical Engineering. Butther above said examination, you have to pass the B.tech degree at any recognized university in any discipline. Best of Luck.

upsc conducts exams for the candidates who completed graduation or engineering from as recognized university,
diploma holders are not eligible for the upsc exams,

- Candidate must have completed graduation or engineering from a recognized university .
- candidates who appearing in final year of graduation or engineering can also apply for the upsc exams.
- age limit for the upsc exams is 21 to 30 years.
- age relaxation of 3 years is given to those candidates who belongs to OBC category .
- age relaxation of 5 years is given to those candidates who belongs to sc category.

diploma holder are not eligible to apply for the upsc examinations on diploma basis.
diploma in any field is not at all an eligibility for any of the upsc examination.
they can apply for the 12th based examination like NDA or SCRA examination

In my opinion , your ask is in complete this is because , yes there are some UPSC Exams for which diploma holders are eligible but they are ineligible for a majority of UPSC Exams.
The UPSC Exams for which you are eligible as per your educational qualifications are :
* NDA & NA Examination
* SCRA Examination
The Educational qualification that you require for the above mentioned exams is that you must have passed 12th from any recognized board or any equivalent examination.

You can not apply other exam.

You must be graduate from a recognized university.
