Re: Are there any diploma level exams that are conducted by UPSC?

    I'm sorry
there is no exam conducted by UPSC for diploma holders.

But after diploma if you complete your graduation from any college you will get opportunities to appear for UPSC exam.

    Eligibility criteria for UPSC Examinations:-

Nationality:- The candidate must be the citizen of India to apply for the Indian Administrative Service & Indian Police Service.

Age Limit: - The candidate should be minimum 21 years of age and the maximum age is 30 years.

Educational Qualification: - The candidate should have a degree completed from any of the institutes established by an Act of Parliament or any University deemed by the University Grant Commission under section 3, Act, 1956.

Number of attempts: - Every general eligible candidate is allowed to attempt the Civil Services Examination 4 times.
For OBC candidates no. of attempts is 7 times and for SC/ST infinite no. of attempts

Completing graduation will also increase your job opportunities with better salary.
As per my opinion you should complete your graduation before you cross the age criteria.

List of exams you'll may be eligible after graduation are:

    Central Police Forces Examination (CPF)
    Civil Services Examination
    Combined Defense Services Examination (CDS)
    Combined Engineering Services Examination (IES)
    Combined Medical Services Examination (CMS)
    Geologist's Examination
Indian Economics Services/Indian Statistical Services Exam
    Indian Forest Services Examination (IFS)
