You must understand that the civil services are the most toughest exam of our country,in fact the civil services ranks as toughest in the world.To clear them up you need to be totally committed,you will have to give most of your time to the studies and frankly speaking it won't be possible if you continue doing your job as a primary teacher.
You will have to be very much one sided to crack such exams,you will have to leave the job and solely will have to go for the exams of the civil services,then only there is any chance of you cracking these exam.
It is not possible to continue job along with the preparation of these types of exams.
