I want to know that, Is IES exam attempts counts for other UPSC exams or not..?????????????

You mean the number of times you can attempt the civil service exams??.. Well there is no limit actually, you can attempt as many times as you wish for any competitive exam but what matters is your age. There is a certain age limit for applying civil service exams and it is 30 years for general candidates and 35 years for SC, ST and OBC so make sure you haven't crossed that age limit.
