If you are Graduate then you can apply for IAS. There is no issue about 12th class.

No you are not eligible for IAS exam because you mentioned that you are in 12th class.In other words you are eligible for this exam when you completed you graduation there is no issue that in which stream you completed your graduation.

- No it's not possible to write an Civil services examination (to become IAS) for an Science student in just class 12th.
- You need to complete the graduation first and then you are eligible to appear in this exam.

But make sure that you also fulfill the age criteria.

For that exam you should be graduate from any recognized university and also can apply in last year of graduation.
It does not matter that in which field you are passing your graduation, only you should be graduate.

It seems that you are in a big hurry because while asking the question you have forgotten that the eligibility criteria for the civil services examination , as per the rule a candidate who is not a graduate cannot apply for the civil services examination so you should not worry to apply for this examination because you are not eligible.
