    dear friend,

    upper age limit for general category aspirant in UPSC is 30 years. as you have crossed upper age limit.
    so, sorry you are not eligible for UPSC exams.

    Sorry sir your not eligible for this examination because your age is crossed on the UPSC Examination age limits, that is the reason your not eligible for this examination.

    UPSC stands for Union public service commission and this examination is conducted by Every year and this commission is conducted many competitive Exams in india.

    Include It is conducted the Indian Engineering Service Examination and this examination is conducted by UPSC for every year.If you interest to apply this examination the candidate should be have this eligibility's

    Educational Qualification:-
    The candidate should be complete the Engineering degree in recognized university and there is no minimum percentage of mark for this examination and final year candidate also eligible for this examination but the candidate should be submit on the course completion certificate in to the Office.

    Age Limits:-
    For General Category Candidate age limit should between 21 to 30 years
    For Other backward category Candidate age limit should between 21 to 33 years
    For Scheduled Caste/scheduled Tribe category Candidate age limit should between 21 to 35 years.

    So your not satisfied the UPSC Age limits that is the reason your not eligible for this examination.

    Dear Aspirant ,
    your birth is 3rd june 1981 so you can't write this exam . because UPSC exam's age limit for general category is 21-30 year .and now you are over age
    so you can't eligible for UPSC exam . but don't be disappointed try another exams .

    Sorry for you as you are not Eligible for the Engineering Services Exam; as you have crossed the prescribed upper age limit for the Exam.

    The Upper age limit for General Category Applicants for Engineering Services Exams is 30 years.

    You are also not Eligible for any of the UPSC Exams of your Qualification, as their maximum age limit is 30 years.

    no dear you cannot write IES 2013,

    you age is not eligible for the upsc IES exam,
    upsc requires graduated candidates of age 21 to 30 years,
    also upsc provides age relaxation to those candidates who belongs to OBC or SC/ST category,

    as you said you belong to general category so you would not get any age relaxation from upsc,

    according to your date of birth your age is above 30 years due to which you are not eligible for the upsc exams,
