Dear there is no specific designation decided by the central government of India for those candidates who have completed either a diploma or any other allied qualification except bachelor's or master's degrees because there is no matter what you apply for but it matters that what designation you will get after getting appointed by the government of India that is why you should see it first that which post is going to be announced in recruitment process of government that you are applying for
Suppose you are going to apply for Indian Civil Service Examination that has various posts as - IAS, IPS, IFS, IRS, Senior Controllers/Officers in Railway, Excise and Customs etc. duties are there so if you get selected in examination finally then there will be no difference in you and a candidate who have also been selected by having a bachelor's degree or any other qualification except diploma because posts are decided with the name and if you secure 80% marks in examination including personality test then you may be selected for IFS rank and others will also get IFS rank who secure at least 80% marks so there will be no difference between you and candidates who have other qualifications
So you should remove this thought from your mind that what designation you will get and basically a fresh appointed candidate gets junior time scale designation in all exams that is why you do not need to worry and take care about the preparation of examination so you get the job easily and whatever designation you get do not take that otherwise and do your work honestly and clearly so you could walk in the country with courage and your service should be ideal for newcomers
