    Is it possible to apply for UPSC exam at the age of 40 yrs?

    hello

    my age is 40 years i can apply upsc exam ?.

    UPSC EXAMS AGE LIMITS:-

    21 to 30 years for open category.

    AGE RELAXATION :-

    for obc 3 years means 21 to 33 years.

    for sc/st 5 years means 21 to 35 years.

    for ex-servicemen 5 years means 21 to 35 years.

    for ph 10 years means 21 to 40 years.


    so i am really sorry sir you are not eligible for UPSC EXAMS.

    Hello

    No you can not apply for civil services of UPSC at an age​ of 40.

    The different age limits of UPSC exams are.
    1)For IAS,IPS,IAS,IES the age limit is 21 to 30 years.
    there is age relaxation(upper) for OBC,ST/SC and physically handicapped.
    3 years for OBC,5 years for SC/ST and 10 years for physically handicapped.

    2)CDSE
    the minimum age limit is 19 years and maximum s 25 years
    Thr CDSE is conducted to select candidates to enter into the NAVAL ACADEMY(NA),AIR FORCE ACADEMY(AFA),OFFICERS TRAINING ACADEMY,INDIAN MILITARY ACADEMY(IMA).
    For all these the age limit is maximum of 25 years.

    3)POLICE CENTRAL SERVICE
    also has a maximum age limit of 25 years.

    4)NDA
    The age limit is 16.5 to 19 years.

    Hello Sir,

    Sorry to say that you crossed the above age limit of the civil services exam that's why you are not eligible for this exam.

    Age Limit of UPSC CSAT exam is

    Age of the candidate is 21 to 30 year, If he/she belong from general category

    Age of the candidate is 21 to 33 year, If he/she belong from OBC category

    Age of the candidate is 21 to 35 year, If he/she belong from SC/ST category


    Age of the candidate is 21 to 40 year, If he/she belong from PH category

    * Yes, it is possible for you to appear for the UPSC examination...!

    * But it is only when the appearing candidate is physically challeged...!

    * I hope that you you are cannot appear as because you have crossed the upper age limit...!

    * There are certain age limits for a candidate to appear for UPSC civil services exam...!

    * You have to be in the age limit of 21 to 30 years normally for Open category...!

    * For OBC, the age requisite to appear if relaxable upto 3 years that is from 21 to 33 years..

    * If you are an SC or ST , then your upper age limit is relaxable upto 5 years.. that is from 21 to 35 years..!

    * You can appear with 21 to 40 years of age, if you are physically challenged like deaf, dumb, blind, handicapped...!

    * The age criteria is a very important one...!

    * It is very strict and compulsory to adhere and fulfill it...!

    * Now, you could not fulfill it.. and so you are ineligible...!!

    * Despite, this first of all hats off to your spirit to do Civil services and take up UPSC even at 40 years of age..!

    * You are a little bit late but it is no matter...here is a way to serve for the betterment of our Bharath nation..

    * You can guide other civil service aspirants in a right way and make them to achieve their dreams and you can even feel satisfied...!

    no friend,you cant apply for upsc exam at this stage
    upsc basic requirement is the person must be graduate from any recognized univercity nd age should be in between 21 to 30 years
    upsc exam eligibility;-
    the person must be graduate from any recognized univercity
    the person must be indinan citizen
    age limits is
    general-21 to 30 years
    obc-21 to 33 years
    sc/st-21 to 30 years
    physical handicaped-21 to 30 years

    Sorry sir, you can not apply for UPSC exam after the age 40 year.The minimum qulification of age factor is For Gen. - 21 to 30 year For obc - 21 to 33 For sc/st - 21 to 35 yearSo you are not eligibal for the UPSC exam.

    Sorry but you cannot apply for any of UPSC Exam at the age of 40 years.
    Age limit
    General 21-30 yrs
    SC/ST 21-35 yrs
    OBC 21-33 yrs
    PH 21-40 yrs
    Ex-Servicemen 21-35 yrs

    The other eligibility criteria's are as follows:
    Educational Qualification
    The candidate must hold any degree in any discipline from any recognized university
    Final year degree students are also eligible
    Degree obtained by distance education/open university is also eligible if the university is a recognized university

    Number of attempts permitted
    General 4
    OBC 7
    PH 7
    SC/ST No Limit

    Nationality should be Indian.

    Not Dear it is not possible to apply for UPSC exam at the age of 40 yrs........ its criteria mention below:--

    Eligibility Criteria:-


    1. Should be graduate from recognised university.
    2. Age should be for General :- 21-30 yrs.
    OBC :- 21-33 yrs.
    SC/ST :- 21-35 yrs.
    3. Should be citizen of India.

    dear aspirant,sorry it is not possible to apply upsc at the age of 40yrs
    because your age doesn't meet at the requirements of upsc
    general ;21 to 30
    obc;21 to 33
    sc/st; 21 to 35
