Sorry friend in 2014 you are not eligible to apply for the Civil service exam. Friend you can not apply for the Group A and group B posts. Because you are overaged for the UPSC posts. The age limit for the Civil Service exam is 21 to 30 years. Age relaxation is as per government norms SC/ST + 5 years ObC + 3 years Ex service mat + 5 years. So friend after getting age relaxation you crossed the age limit for the UPSC exam.
