Yes, you can apply for IFS 2013 according to your qualification and your dob. It criteria mention below:-

Eligibility Criteria:-

1. Should be graduate from recognized university.
2. Age should be for General :- 21-30 yrs.
OBC :- 21-33 yrs.
SC/ST :- 21-35 yrs.
3. Should be citizen of India.

Eligibility Criteria to apply for Indian Forest Service Exam 2013 :

To apply for this exam candidate should have a bachelor's degree in any one of the following disciplines from a recognized university :

Agriculture
Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science
Botany
Chemistry
Engineering
Forestry
Geology
Mathematics
Physics
Statistics
Zoology

Age should not be less than 21 years and more than 30 years and relaxation in upper age as per government guidelines which is 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC category candidates

Dear you have completed your bachelor's degree in computer science engineering and you are eligible to apply for this exam

Examination pattern for this exam : Exam would be conducted in conventional type pattern only

General Knowledge - 300 marks
English Language - 300 marks
Paper III, IV, V and VI would be conducted on the basis of the selection of optional subjects and you can choose any two subjects from the following list but can not choose both relevant to same stream

YES YOU CAN APPLY FOR THE IFS EXAMS IN THE 2013.

The eligibility criteria for applying in the IFS exam is

~The candidates must have a graduation degree and should have studied any one of the subjects
veterinary science and animal husbandry,zoology,chemistry,physics,mathematics,ge ology or a bachelor degree in forestry or agriculture or a engineering degree.

~The age limit is 21 to 30 years for general candidate
21 to 33 years for OBC
21 to 35 years for SC/ST.

IFS Examination is conducted by UPSC for the recruitment of candidates in the Forestry Department of India. IFS stands for Indian Forest Services.
The basic eligibility criteria for IFS Exam are as follows:

The candidate must graduate from any recognized university with at least one of the fourteen subjects given below:
